Can I make an order over the phone and have it shipped to me?

Yes. If you require more assistance or have questions, feel free to process your order over the phone. We can help you during our regular store hours, process your payment and gather your shipping information over the phone.

 

Can I order an item that isn’t in stock?

Yes. We can almost always order in what you need. Please contact us via phone or email to confirm and place an order.

 

Is your online inventory the same as your in-store inventory?

Mostly! Our online store has our complete shoe inventory and all of our basic dancewear items; however, our brick and mortar retail locations have a larger selection of seasonal and fashion dancewear and activewear that is not always reflected online. If you have any questions please contact us! We can let you know if we have what you need in-store and even ship it to you.

All Canadian orders are shipped Canada Post Expedited which typically takes 1-3 business days within Western Canada. No shipments should take more than 7 business days within Canada. Please refer to your tracking information if you have any questions, or contact us. Shipping time for US or international orders will differ.
